I have just caught a video out of one my PCGamer magazines of a clip of the up and coming Duke Nukem game. It looks very interesting. I cant wait for this to come out already. Last time I played Duke was when I took an ROP class in highschool. I took a tech class on how to build PCs, and instead of building em we used to network all the computers and play Duke, Carmageddon, Worms, and other games that are fun with mulitiple people. I cant wait to hear more about this game in the future. I will definetly keep my ears and eyes on the prowl for anything more on Duke. Till then happy gaming!
IPOD or Zune?
The Ipod has been the leading MP3 player since the early ages of MP3 players. Apple, being a top of the line computer company, produced a player that has been in the limelight since this MP3 era has begun. Several others have tried to follow in the footsteps of this legendary player and have failed miserably. Ipods have become a household name, and cars even come equiped with Ipod ready decks. Even stereos for the home are coming Ipod ready. It seems as though everything is somehow being linked to the Ipod. The Ipod has succeeded time and time again, and gone from small disk space and bulky, to more than enough disk space and small. Microsoft followed suit by making a MP3 player similar to the Ipod. The first Generation of Zune players was okay, but had a lot of flaws. They have come out with a new generation of Zune, that when I got to get my hands on one and seen it for the first time, blew me away. The big screen the lil touch pad, the way its organized, and even the Zune subscription you can get to load your zune with music as long as you pay the monthly fee. All those features got me thinking. Which one is better? The Dominating Ipod, or the Up and Coming ZUNE?? What do you prefer? Duke Nukem??
Could it be true this time?? I have heard it before in the past, and have seen it on the web before. But in a recent post in the latest OXM magazine there was a short preview in the coming in 2008 section with Duke Nukem listed in there. I hope this long time legendary shooter makes it out into the next gen of gaming. If this is true, I can’t wait to see what is going to be brought to the table with this awesome game from back in the day! Wrath of the Lich King
So Wrath of the Lich King is supposed to come out in November 08. I am excited, but I have yet to get any of my characters to level 70 yet. I have not yet touched the outlands at all. So i have been playing religiously trying to get my rogue up to 70. Right now I am only to 53, almost 54. I am excited to see what the new expansion has to bring to the table. I remember when the Burning Crusade came out. I was so excited, and my first character was only a level 23. I stopped playing him and made a Blood Elf Rogue, which has surpassed the 23 rogue I had on a PVE server. Now I only play on PVP servers. They just seem more fun to me for some reason. I have been wandering. I heard that we are going to be able to Use our current characters and convert them to deathknight.. I wander if this is true?? I will keep my eyes on the lookout for an answer to that question. Other than that, happy gaming, and hope to see you online sometime soon. Good ol Times
I remember sitting in the parking lot waiting for Target to open so I can claim my copy of Halo 3. I did get my game, but I was getting ready to be deployed to the Middle East. I didn’t really get a chance to play too much, as I was busy getting my stuff ready to come here. Well When i first got here, an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia, I met up with some guys I met the previous year in training. We were going to the Video Game Villa, and having frag fests nightly. We played Halo 3 until most of them claimed a copy of Call of Duty 4. So Halo 3 went out the door and we played that game until they finally left, as we came as their replacements. So I haven’t had that much fun in a long while. Well a few weeks back, me and some of my buds got together and started to play at his room on our Fridays. Well it soon turned into a weekly thing, and next thing you know we have about 8 – 10 guys coming to play with us. I must say, for being deployed, I look forward to my Fridays. Its the only thing I have to look forward to until my replacements get here, and I must say, I have been having a blast every friday. I know Halo 3 has been out for a hott minute, but being deployed we don’t really have access to the latest in gaming. Hopefully I can get a little bit better so I can own some of you when we get the chance to play online! Well folks, have a good day. I will post more later. Thanks!
First Hand Deal
Well first let me introduce myself. My name is Art, I am a avid gamer. I love video games, and hopefully some day will be able to have a fulltime job doing what I love to do. I am into PC games, I love the XBOX 360 but am not limited to just that. My wife bought me a Nintendo Wii which took forever to finally get a hold of. I am a DJ, I play almost everything. I mostly love Hip Hop, and Drum n Bass. I have a very high interest in everything video games so i figured why not try and start my own weblog about everything I love about games. So here I am, writing this first post. I know im not the best writer in the world, but thats not gonna stop me. Feel free to contact me if there is something you want to see or hear about. This is my opinion, and my opinion only. Basically everything I put is what I think, or agree with. So with that I will end this first post and get going with more on my mind.
